Jenny Blake is a licensed nutrition coach and helps ladies who lift. She comes from a crazy sports background, from dirt bike racing to collegiate competitive cheering to CrossFit and body building, to getting her NASN Nutrition License and helping everyone but specifically ladies use nutrition to its fullest advantage.
